Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in RMG and allied sectors for services like ISO audits, Higg FEM, CSR assessments and sustainability-related training.

  • To work under a sales team.

  • To help achieve the Sales Target of the Company.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Lead proposal development, client communication, and contract negotiations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and clients need to position USDS services effectively.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Meeting customers regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs.

  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.

  • To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.
