A new educational technology startup focused on helping academic students in Bangladesh through an app.

Role Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Marketing Executives (Student Outreach) to promote our educational quiz app in schools. The role involves direct field marketing, student engagement, and onboarding students to our app.

This is a part-time, performance-based opportunity, ideal for students, fresh graduates, or anyone with strong communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and educational institutions as assigned or houses in your area (depends on you)
  • Promote the quiz app to Teachers or parents and explain its benefits clearly
  • Help students register and become active users of the app
  • Coordinate with teachers or school authorities or parents when required
  • Achieve a minimum target of 600 student registrations per month
  • Submit daily progress reports

Targets & Performance

  • Minimum Requirement: 600 new student users per month
  • Earnings are commission-based, calculated per successful user registration
  • Higher performance = higher income (no upper limit)

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence to speak with students and school authorities
  • Basic smartphone and internet usage knowledge
  • Must be active, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Prior field marketing experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • A smartphone with active internet connection
