part-time contractor-based growth partner
with strong local credibility and relationships.
The Role
This is
not a salaried role
.
We are looking for a
Tech Sales & Growth Partner
who understands the Silicon Valley ecosystem and can open
high-quality conversations
, not push transactional sales.
This role suits someone already consulting, advising, or operating within the startup or tech services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with founders, CTOs, product leaders, and operators in Silicon Valley
- Identify companies that may benefit from staff augmentation or dedicated teams
- Introduce Audacity IT Solutions where there is a genuine strategic fit
- Support early discovery calls alongside our leadership team
- Share weekly insights on conversations, objections, and market expectations
- Provide feedback on positioning, pricing sensitivity, and engagement models
What Success Looks Like
- Trusted conversations with decision-makers
- A steady flow of
qualified opportunities
(not volume leads) - Clear signals of market demand and fit
- 1–2 strong opportunities progressing over time
This role is about
long-term trust
, not short-term selling.
Ideal Profile
- Based in
Silicon Valley / Bay Area - Experience in tech sales, consulting, partnerships, or advisory roles
- Familiar with startups, VC-backed companies, or scale-ups
- Comfortable discussing software development and engineering teams
- Strong network and reputation built on credibility
- Operating as an
independent contractor or consultant
Engagement & Compensation
- Monthly
contractor retainer
(part-time) - Competitive commission model
on closed business - Clear success milestones reviewed every 90 days
- Opportunity to increase involvement as traction grows
