As a Brand & Marketing Executive at Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for some of the world's most loved confectionery brands. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, creating impactful campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, and translating consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end brand management, driving growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Analyze shopper behavior to shape strategies with category, channel, and customer teams.
  • Develop annual brand plans aligned with mid- and long-term business goals; lead the IBP process.
  • Deliver impactful ATL & BTL communications to strengthen brand equity.
  • Identify and capture new growth opportunities through innovation and unmet consumer needs.
  • Own P&L responsibility with a focus on profitability improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external agencies for seamless execution.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to achieve portfolio objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in marketing or related field (Master's/MBA is an advantage).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams, driving impactful ATL & BTL communications, and supporting new product development (NPD)
  • Passion for marketing, high agility to manage different categories and category dynamics

Specialized Knowledge or Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (ATL, BTL, digital, POSM)
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance
  • Strong project management skills, communication prowess, and analytical mindset

Reporting Structure – Brand & Marketing Executive

  • Reports To: Sr. Category Manager – Brand & Marketing
  • Collaborates With:
  • Sales Team (for trade and channel alignment)
  • Trade Marketing Team (for execution of in-store campaigns)
  • Insights & Analytics Team (for consumer and market data)
  • Creative & Digital Teams (for ATL, BTL, and digital campaign development)
  • Indirect Interaction:
  • Supply Chain & Operations (for timely product availability)
  • Regional/Global Marketing Teams (for brand guidelines and campaign approvals)
