Pharmacist
Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for:
- Dispense Prescriptions.
- Organize and manage the medicine store including date of expiry of medicine.
- Communicate With Prescribers.
- Ensure Patients` Safety.
- Ensure patient's understanding medical prescriptions.
- Work With Patients on General Health.
- Educate Health Provider Colleagues.
- Stock Management.
- Maintain diligently all records including Stock Register & Challans.
Activities:
- Quality of medicines provided to patients.
- Ensuring that the provider of medicines is within the law.
- Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
- Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients` questions.
- Ensure stock management and proper record keeping.
- Ensure medicine shelf life.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Technology in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
