Job Description / Responsibility
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting procedures across all retail outlets.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including ledger entries, journal postings, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile physical stock with accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
- Skills Required: Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Agro Based company
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery, Salt, Dairy, Agro based Startup
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization (Retail business experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge in dealer/distributor accounting, incentive adjustments, credit management, and receivables control.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure to meet deadlines.
