Role Overview

The Junior / Intern Marketing Executive will support the execution of Transfotech Academy's marketing initiatives across digital platforms, campaigns, and learner engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals at the early stage of their marketing career who want broad, hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content execution, campaign support, and brand communication.

The role works closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to support social media execution, campaign coordination, content development, and marketing operations while learning industry-standard practices in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Support

• Support the management, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Assist in maintaining a structured content and posting calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and inbox messages during assigned shifts
• Help track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance updates

Content & Copywriting Support

• Assist in writing copies for posts, reels, stories, ads, and event promotions
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop social content
• Repurpose existing content into short-form, high-engagement formats
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all digital assets

Marketing Team Support

• Assist the marketing team with campaign coordination and lead-generation support
• Help with ad copy variations, idea brainstorming, and content planning
• Support webinar, event, and program marketing activities
• Assist with internal campaign communication and task follow-ups

Research & Trend Monitoring

• Identify trending content formats and propose new ideas
• Research competitor social pages to provide improvement suggestions .
• Stay updated on emerging tools, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
• Good writing skills in English and Bangla
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Bonus skills: Canva, CapCut, basic photo/video editing
• Must be comfortable working night shift
