To lead software implementation and client delivery for CloudApper's AI and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise SaaS project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client success teams to ensure that every deployment of CloudApper's AI solutions is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for SaaS implementations (Discovery → Development → Deployment → Support).
  • Define project scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, or
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with clients and translate needs into actionable development tasks.
  • Coordinate with software engineers, QA testers, and integration specialists to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular internal and client-facing progress reviews.
  • Manage change requests, prioritization, and post-deployment feedback loops.
  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, and client sign-offs are completed at every phase.
  • Support Solution Delivery leadership with resource planning and risk mitigation.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through transparent communication and consistent delivery quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:
Minimum 3
+ years of project management experience
in SaaS, software development, or enterprise solutions

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Understanding of software lifecycle (SDLC, Agile/Scrum).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel under tight deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked on SaaS delivery projects for HCM, HRIS, or workforce management software (UKG, SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Understand integration workflows between systems like ERP, Payroll, and HR platforms.
