Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage daily store operations for smooth performance.
  • Drive sales targets, track KPIs and boost revenue.
  • Recruit, train, schedule and supervise store staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Control inventory to avoid shortages, overstock and shrinkage.
  • Maintain attractive displays aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing and daily reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve performance.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Retail Store

Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
