Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Jessore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additional tasks include contributing to strategy development, attending meetings, and preparing business proposals. The goal is to expand the company's client base and deliver targeted business opportunities.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify trends and insights from data
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to nurture relationships with clients
  • Lead Generation and Market Research experience to identify potential opportunities and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering business proposals and presentations
  • Highly motivated, result-driven mindset with a passion for business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for research and reporting
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
