Job Overview:
Create, ensure & maintain the standards of employee health in line with Occupational Health Safety & Security (OHS&S) to implement optimum health service towards employees and associates of Grameenphone Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the health team members
- Synchronize the health operation services both the outpatient and emergency management throughout the company
- Maintenance of 24/7 hrs medical hotline services
- Facilitation of preventive and curative health care services
- Facilitate awareness session on occupational health hazards.
- Audit and inspection on occupational health and hygiene issues.
- Establishment of a good occupational safety and health management system for company.
- Regular review & follow up.
- Planning & implementation of new strategies, policies and
- principles of health.
- Formulate new principles with the approval of head of HSS and management team.
- Incorporate and implement new processes with health management at work.
- Participate in social medical camps and events.
- Social Medical Services towards community.
Education & Skill:
• MBBS degree
• Experience in the Phycological Wellbeing arena will be considered as added advantage.
Experience:
- 3-5 years working experience in HSSE in a corporate arena.
