We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) stack and React Native. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality software solutions and a keen interest in working on enterprise-level applications such as ERP, CRM, and Project Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop client-side and server-side architecture for the web applications
  • Design and develop effective APIs
  • Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases
  • Design, develop and integrate cross-platform applications
  • Design, develop and integrate mobile responsive website pages
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of business requirements
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Unit Test, troubleshoot, debug and monitor activities to ensure or improve responsiveness and efficiency on all projects
  • Collaborate with other team members to bring projects and initiatives to fruition
  • Work closely with the product manager or stakeholders to ideate software solutions
  • Create technical documentation or provide support on relevant reports/documents
  • Ensure delivery of given task in accordance with given timeline
  • Setting up development environments and deploying applications
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with MERN stack
  • Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL, , , ).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API integration, RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge in developing ERP, CRM, Inventory or Project Management software.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
  • Experience with server-side languages such as and frameworks like
  • Experience in mobile applications such as react native, native app development and deployment for android and iOS.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM libraries).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • [Bonus] Experience in Microsoft Azure or Amazon cloud services.
