Role Description
This role combines strategy, execution, project management, and creativity. The Senior Marketing Manager will personally execute campaigns, manage platforms, and create content until additional team support is added.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for events and brand growth
•
Outbound Business Development: Conduct cold email outreach and international client calls to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize the Webflow website including SEO, landing pages, and conversions
• Execute Google initiatives including SEO, Analytics, Search Console, and local listings
•
Content & Copywriting
• Execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
• Manage Go High Level CRM including email, SMS, automations, and segmentation
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
• Build processes in preparation for future team growth
Required Experience
• 3+ years total marketing experience with strong hands-on execution background
• Proven ability to own strategy and execution end-to-end
• Deep experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization
• Strong content creation, project management, and prioritization skills
• Experience marketing events or experiential brands strongly preferred
