Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer (4–6 years) who can architect, build, and maintain cutting-edge mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the maturity to contribute to product decisions and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobile Application Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

  • Reusable Components & UI/UX: Develop reusable components and ensure responsive, pixel-perfect UI/UX across multiple devices and platforms.

  • API & Service Integration: Integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party services, ensuring seamless backend connectivity.

  • Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX, or Riverpod).

  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • App Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of applications, including deployment to Play Store & App Store, updates, and performance monitoring.

  • Innovation & Mentorship: Keep up-to-date with the latest in Flutter and mobile development, mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Flutter.

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Flutter & Dart

    • State Management (Bloc / Provider / GetX / Riverpod)

    • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience in publishing and maintaining apps on the Play Store and App Store.

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum practices, and modern mobile architecture patterns.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills for mobile apps.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a mindset for ownership and accountability.
