Maintenance Supervisor, Hygiene Plant

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
  • Lead and guide maintenance technicians, assigning work and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate complex repairs.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational downtime.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation for management review.
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend upgrades for equipment reliability.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical
  • Diploma in Electrical
  • Skills Required: Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Power Maintaining, Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Toiletries
