Jr. Executive / Executive (Receptionist)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring essential items are always available.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logbooks.
  • Handle document sorting, storage, and management as per company standards.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Perform minor administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Provide support to the HR/Admin department when required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • Skills Required: Administration, Client Service, Front Desk, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Guest service

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel, Resort
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
