Video Editing & Graphics Design

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

  • Edit short- and long-form videos for YouTube, social, and web (cutting, colour, sound, captions, motion graphics).

  • Design eye-catching banners, thumbnails, ads, and social posts that match brand guidelines.

  • Work closely with our marketing & content leads to turn raw footage and brief ideas into polished, on-brand assets — often on tight deadlines.

  • Brainstorm fresh visual concepts that elevate Mawbiz's sustainable storytelling.

  • Manage file versions and deliver organised project folders in Drive.

𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 & 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

  • Proficiency in any major NLE (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

  • Solid skills in Photoshop or equivalent image-editing software.

  • Bonus points for Canva and CapCut expertise.

  • A keen eye for layout, typography, colour, pacing, and audience engagement.

  • Reliable internet connection, self-discipline, and the ability to hit daily/weekly turnaround targets.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:

Schedule: Remote, 5 days a week (flexible hours)

Hours: ~35 hours per week

Compensation: Tk 7,500 per month

Duration: 3–4 months (start date flexible)

Perks: Internship certificate on successful completion, plus priority consideration for a full-time role
