Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our HR and Admin department. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident, and able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition and full recruitment cycle for multiple positions.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support training and development programs for staff.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and departmental hiring plans.
  • Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmations, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and track attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics support.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
  • Manage workload and deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
  • Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in BBA (HRM) from any reputed university.
  • Candidates from CSE background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, HRIS/ HR Database Management, HR Operation, HR Software, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Management and Leadership, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Creative thinker and problem solver, Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency,Design/Printing/Publishing,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be from Khulna
  • Experience in the software or digital marketing industry will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills & Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Technical understanding of different roles across departments is preferred.
