Job Context:

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is committed to reinforcing its Public Relations Department by elevating its content development function to effectively communicate its brand narrative and corporate values. The Manager/ Senior Manager, Creative Content Writer will be entrusted with the responsibility of producing high-caliber, strategic content tailored for both traditional and digital media platforms to enhance the Group's brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. This position demands a meticulous and experienced professional capable of formulating and executing comprehensive content strategies, ensuring adherence to corporate communication standards, and delivering accurate, persuasive, and consistent messaging across diverse formats. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will leverage research and analytical insights to craft content that supports MGI's organizational objectives and strengthens its reputation.

By continuously monitoring industry best practices and emerging communication trends, the Manager/ Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing MGI's strategic communication initiatives and sustaining its leadership position in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Public Relations Department by crafting compelling and engaging stories tailored for traditional and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Develop annual public relations content strategies for both traditional and digital media to ensure consistent, targeted, and effective communication aligned with organizational goals.
• Write diverse content formats including press releases, op-eds, website articles, blogs, newsletters, letters, emails, PR campaigns, annual reports, and other communication materials to maintain a strong and coherent brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct internal research to gather relevant information and insights for creating accurate and impactful content for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company's messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate communication standards across all deliverables.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive content repository or content management system to organize materials systematically, facilitating easy retrieval and reuse for future communication needs.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to continuously enhance the effectiveness and creativity of communication initiatives.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Advertising Agency,Multinational Companies,Group of Companies
