Lab Technician -Fabric Lab dip & Testing

Job Description / Responsibility

Lab Testing:

• Coordination among shifts regarding daily lab testing issue.
• Ensuring correctly measured of test reports & putt on register book.
• Preparing tested specimen exhibit sheet.
• Perform physical (strength, shrinkage, colorfastness) tests using specialized equipment.
• Conducting all allotted tests as per the procedure given in the worksheet or as instructed by the Group Leader or above.
• Keeping in and around the test area clean and maintaining impeccable housekeeping all around.
• Calibrate, maintain, and clean lab equipment; ensure a safe, organized environment.
• Monitor production processes, ensure compliance with standards (ISO, AATCC, etc.), and resolve quality issues.
• Maintaining the equipment logbook records up to date.
• Reporting to the Jr. Executive all testing issue.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Lab Dip :

• Careful about solution making, recipe calculation, pipetting, dosing and sample weight.
• Recipe Calculation and Pipetting.
• Follow the time wise Batch pipetting, m/c Load and Un-load time and Drying in time.
• It is mandatory to pass shift to shift information.
• Coordination among shifts regarding daily lab testing issue.
• Ensuring correctly measured of test reports & putt on register book.
• Maintaining the equipment logbook and calibration records up to date.
• Reporting to the Jr. Executive/ Executive all testing issue.
• Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
• Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
