Responsibilities

  • Lead Webflow builds with accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
  • Integrate 3D animations into live sites
  • Develop secure APIs & scalable back-end services
  • Optimize with caching, lazy loading, minification, CDN & AI tools
  • Maintain WordPress security, updates, and backups
  • Apply technical SEO; integrate GA/Tag Manager/Facebook Pixel
  • Manage MySQL, hosting, domains, and SSL
  • Troubleshoot server issues

Skills

  • Webflow, WordPress, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3
  • 3D animations (Spline/Blender)
  • Python and/or
  • Serverless & automation: Netlify, Vercel, Firebase; n8n
  • API design (REST/GraphQL) with a security-first mindset
  • SEO tools: Yoast, Google Search Console
  • Page builders: Elementor, WPBakery, Divi
  • Collaboration: Google Workspace, Notion, AI-assisted dev tools

Qualifications

  • Position: Web Developer (Webflow & Wordpress)
  • Education: B.Sc. in computer science and Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience: 2-4 years
  • Location: Dhaka (with Calgary office collaboration)
