Contract Duration
: 2-3 months

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Coordinator for the Routine EPI Coverage Evaluation Survey, focused on the Rohingya population in Cox's Bazar. This position will play a critical role in coordinating survey operations, data management, and monitoring activities to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee survey teams in the field, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
  • Coordinate data collection activities, ensuring quality and accuracy of the information gathered.
  • Monitor field operations to identify and resolve challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and local authorities to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the project management team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing survey teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data management and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of and experience in EPI (Expanded Programme on Immunization) programs is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using digital data collection tools is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must reside in Cox's Bazar or Chittagong.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is mandatory, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel and data management tools.

Job Benefits

BDT 40,000 to 45,000 per month
