Role Description

This full-time on-site position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations. The role requires collaboration with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Qualifications

  • Holding a valid Real Estate License.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property regulations and processes.
  • Demonstrated competence in Sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and property valuation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Bangladesh is beneficial.
