Job Description / Responsibility

• Creative Conception & Execution: Lead creative design for both Print and Digital Media, including: Ads, Brochure, Flyer, Leaflet, Logo, Icon, Magazine, Illustration, 2D and 3D Design, and engaging Social Media content.
• Character and Illustration Expertise: Design and illustrate original characters, scenes, and visual narratives for various marketing and digital platforms.
• Concept Generation: Convert abstract marketing briefs into innovative visual concepts, relying on a strong foundation in design, composition, and visual arts.
• Typography Mastery: Demonstrate expert experience in combining typography and utilizing complex typographic terms to enhance design clarity and aesthetic appeal.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain uncompromising brand consistency and quality control across all projects, ensuring alignment with the company`s visual identity.
• Strategic Collaboration: Liaise effectively between the marketing and design teams to manage workloads, streamline workflows, and ensure all project deadlines are successfully met.
• Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with both traditional art/design principles and contemporary industry developments and software.
• Work Ethic: Possess a great sense of urgency, high self-motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) in Drawing & Painting, Graphic Design
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Drawing & Painting, Graphic Design
• Skills Required: Photography, Visualization, Illustration, motion graphics, Creative Design, Videography, Adobe creative Suite, Communication Skills, Brand Consistency, Branding and typography

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and working knowledge of 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Photography & Photo Editing: Plan, capture, and execute high-quality photography for marketing and promotional use. Expertly perform photo editing and retouching to ensure professional, brand-aligned visual assets.
• Videography & Video Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, and produce compelling video content (videography). Masterfully handle video editing, motion graphics, and post-production to create dynamic narratives for digital and social platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support junior designers while ensuring consistent design quality across all deliverables.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing excellence in branding, illustration, typography, digital creatives, and complex design projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with marketing, content, and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality visual outputs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Exceptional understanding of layout principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and current design trends.
• Capable of anticipating design challenges and providing innovative, brand-aligned visual solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present design concepts and justify creative decisions clearly and confidently.

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Bachelor/Master's Degree in Fine Arts (Drawing & Painting, Graphic Design, or related discipline).
• Preferred Institutions: Degree/Diploma in Graphics Design/Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts (Charukala), Dhaka University, or a reputable private university offering specialized, rigorous Graphic Design/Arts programs.
• Note: Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on an exceptional portfolio, professional experiences, and expertise.
