About the Role

As a
Graphics Designer (Officer/Sr. Officer)
, you will be part of the core Creative Team responsible for producing high-impact visual and motion content for Nextjobz's branding, campaigns, and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands advertising-style communication, and can blend design, motion, video, and AI creativity to produce compelling content that stands out in the Bangladesh market.

What You'll Do

  • Create creative graphics for social media campaigns, digital ads, branding, print materials, and marketing communications
  • Produce motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and video creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ad platforms
  • Edit and produce professional videos including reels, promotional content, corporate storytelling, and TVC adaptations
  • Generate AI-assisted creative assets using modern AI creative generation tools to enhance ideation and production output
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to transform briefs into powerful visual executions
  • Maintain brand guidelines while introducing fresh and trend-aligned creative approaches
  • Manage multiple creative tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in creative graphic design, motion graphics, and professional video editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first creative work and advertising-style design thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent industry tools
  • Hands-on expertise in AI creative generation tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or creative studio environment will be prioritized
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset, visual storytelling ability, and willingness to push ideas beyond regular design execution
