Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to develop an ERP system. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modules (e.g. finance, HRM, etc). This role requires a self-starter who can handle the full software lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of ERP development, from architecture to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Customize and extend the software (CodeIgniter 3, PHP, MySQL) with new modules
  • Design and maintain database schemas (tables, migrations, indexing) for ERP workflows.
  • Develop backend logic (journal entries, AR/AP, inventory valuation, rent schedules).
  • Build frontend dashboards and forms using Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, Datatables, and
  • Integrate APIs and build REST endpoints for ERP and third-party systems.
  • Ensure system security, performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Set up and manage local/staging environments (basic DevOps/Server Admin duties).
  • Document workflows, APIs, and provide basic user training guides.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders (finance, operations, property) to translate requirements into functional features.

Key Responsibility:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience (or proven ERP/CRM customization track record).
  • Strong expertise in PHP (CodeIgniter 3) and MySQL/MariaDB.
  • Solid frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM workflows (Finance, Inventory, Property, or related).
  • Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Comfortable managing end-to-end development alone (backend, frontend, DB, server config).
  • Familiar with Git version control and deployment workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with , , Select2, or similar JS libraries.
  • Familiarity with accounting processes (double-entry, COA, AR/AP).
  • Basic Linux/Apache/Nginx server admin knowledge.
  • Experience deploying PHP applications on shared hosting, VPS, or Docker.
