Job Purpose

The role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and management to gather requirements, plan projects, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams & developers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet with clients to define requirements and conduct JAD sessions.
  2. Estimate project budgets, timelines, and required team skills based on project scope.
  3. Monitor project tasks, manage dependencies, and identify or resolve bottlenecks.
  4. Log, track, and manage bugs, change requests (CRs), and modification requests (MRs), including conducting root cause analysis.
  5. Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to track progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  6. Advise management and clients on information systems strategy, policies, and security best practices.
  7. Ensure implementation of industry standards and best practices throughout project execution.

Basic Qualifications

  1. B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering is a must.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical project management or business analyst role.
  3. Project Management Certification is preferred.
  4. Previous experience working with corporate clients on technology-driven projects.
  5. Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, and Laravel is a plus.

Individual Skills Required

  1. Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven ability to monitor and support large teams of developers effectively.

Job Location: Singularity HQ, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Office Days and Times: The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (8 am to 5 pm).
