Senior WordPress Developer
to lead our web team, deliver top-notch websites, and contribute to our creative and technical growth.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on performance, user experience, and scalability.
  • Create custom themes and plugins tailored to unique client requirements.
  • Customize and extend existing themes and plugins to meet project goals.
  • Build advanced solutions using
    Elementor
    and create custom Elementor addons.
  • Leverage a strong foundation in PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress's ecosystem for feature-rich development.
  • Work with
    REST APIs
    to integrate third-party services and enhance website functionality.
  • Collaborate with the design team to bring creative ideas to life with excellent design sense and attention to detail or design from scratch.
  • Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and adhere to modern standards.
  • Use Git/SVN for version control and implement best practices for collaborative development.
  • Lead the web team, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
  • Manage projects using tools like
    ClickUp
    to track progress, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Expert-level skills in
    Elementor
    , including custom widget/addon development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with custom
    theme and plugin
    development.
  • Proficient in
    PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and best practices.
  • Experience using
    Git/SVN
    in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work with and integrate REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with
    JavaScript frameworks preferred)
    is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a flair for creative problem-solving.
  • Proficient in project management tools like ClickUp or similar.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
