Job title: Senior WordPress Plugin Developer (Elementor & Custom Plugin Expert)

Key Responsibilities:


• Ability to create any WordPress plugin from scratch.


• Fix bugs and enhance existing products.


• Scope, write, and test new product features.


• Refactor legacy code with attention to backward compatibility.


• Provide feedback and perform peer code reviews (GitHub PRs).


• Collaborate with technical writers and support engineers.


• Communicate effectively with the team and support peers.


• Build user interfaces for websites and web applications.


• Build pixel-perfect WordPress websites from design files (mainly Figma) for all device sizes (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).


• Develop custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch.


• Work with REST APIs and integrate external services.


• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using Object-Oriented PHP.


• Optimize page speed performance using best practices.


• Implement AI-based features or integrations where applicable.


• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain custom themes/plugins.


• Use version control systems like Git/SVN and deployment pipelines.

Technical Skills Required:


• Solid understanding of WordPress Core, Actions, Hooks, Meta Fields, and WP_Query.


• Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.


• Advanced Elementor page builder expertise.


• Deep knowledge of PHP and MySQL, including modern PHP practices (OOP, autoloading, namespacing, traits, interfaces).


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JavaScript.


• Experience with React and/or Vue.


• Hands-on experience with build tools like webpack.


• Familiarity with Composer and NPM.


• Proficient in version control using Git and GitHub.


• Experience with WP-CLI, Git, CI/CD tools, and Terminus.


• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and formats like JSON and XML.


• Knowledge of page speed optimization techniques.


• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PHPUnit (plus).


• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.


• Familiar with AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, AI content tools, automation tools, etc.).

Educational Requirements:


• B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Experience Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WordPress plugin developer.


• Professional experience with WordPress plugin development, architecture, and standards.


• Must be a passionate and hardworking individual (we are ambitious and competing globally).


• Ability to keep complex ideas and features simple.

Salary Range:


• Negotiable (based on relevant experience & interview evaluation)

Compensation & Other Benefits:


• Office Time: 10 AM to 7 PM


• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday


• Weekend: Friday & Saturday
