1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieve revenue and tonnage targets set by principals/GSA
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence
• Maintain daily sales tracker and submit weekly/monthly reviews
• Present performance reports to management
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Build and nurture strong relationships with service providers, principals, customers, interline partners, GHA, and airport authorities
• Organize annual customer surveys, principal visits, and agent evaluations
• Actively engage in customer engagement activities
• Coordinate with shipping agents and supervise cargo handover to GHA
• Ensure correct execution of Air Waybills and compliance with airline SOPs
• Monitor ULD stock and supervise buildup as per requirements
• Ensure timely system updates, dispatch of revenue documents, and audit compliance

• Ensure all mandatory trainings (DG, ULD build, security, fire safety, H&S) are up to date
• Maintain compliance with principal timelines and industry standards

2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (preferably Marketing) or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Trading/Export-Import, Shipping, Logistics, Courier, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Airline, Hotel, Automobile, or Group of Companies
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Good knowledge of cargo handling, operations, and reporting systems
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
