Sr. Manager/ Manager (Production)
for its manufacturing factory of plastic woven bag, FIBC and poly bag, located at Gazipur.

Job Responsibility
:

  • Develop/review and implementation of policy, process and SOP for production.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations of the FIBC factory.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
  • Monitor production schedules, output, and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare production reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Liaise with senior management regarding production planning, cost control, and efficiency improvement.
  • Any other relevant assignment given by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Skills Required: Production/ Operation Management

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Textile,Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of textile processes/ woven polypropylene/ FIBC manufacturing.
  • Ability to handle production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office), emailing and ERP software using.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
  • Communication, coordination & leadership skill.
