Manager- Supply Chain (RANCON Industrial Solutions Ltd.)

Job Description / Responsibility

The Manager – Supply Chain will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination, to ensure the cost-effective, timely, and quality delivery of industrial solutions and engineering products. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities, preferably with an engineering background.

Supply Chain Planning & Operations

  • Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities from sourcing to final delivery.
  • Develop demand forecasting and supply planning strategies in coordination with Sales, Projects, and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, spare parts, and equipment for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors, principals, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and budget controls.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Implement inventory control systems, ABC analysis, and aging control for slow-moving and obsolete items.
  • Oversee warehouse operations ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Logistics & Import–Export

  • Manage local and international logistics, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing & forwarding (C&F) agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and regulatory requirements.

Cost Control & Process Improvement

  • Analyze supply chain costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement using engineering and analytical approaches.
  • Prepare MIS reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • A candidate with a Professional Certification in SCM will receive preference.
  • Skills Required: Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics, Supply chain management software, Understand Supply and Demand
