Job Description / Responsibility

  • Executive handles organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Their role might involve organizing files, maintaining supplies, welcoming guests, and more.
  • Co-ordinating with the manager.
  • Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
  • Any other job assigns by the Management from time to time.
  • Proper knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Maintenance of office equipment.
  • Must have proficient English language skills.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • [University of Dhaka ]students will get preference
  • Training/Trade Course: Management

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Office Assistant should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers.
