Senior Executive – Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by generating and converting leads through field activities, referrals, calls, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to close deals.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable real estate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and closing terms to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute and support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize lead generation performance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and handover processes.

Job Purpose
The Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing property sales, executing marketing activities, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve company revenue targets.
