Sales & Marketing Manager – Aluminum Fabrication Industry

Company Overview:
Inter Project Limited is a leading company in Aluminum Fabrication & Installation, specializing in facade works, curtain walls, aluminum doors, windows, ACP cladding, skylights, canopies, and other architectural solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to strengthen our market presence and lead our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential high-value corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Secure new job contracts independently through effective networking and client engagement.
  • Ensure repeat business by maintaining excellent client relationships and providing professional after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the estimation and design team to prepare competitive proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales pipeline, opportunities, and performance.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Skills Required: Business Development, MS Office, Networking, Marketing Strategies, Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, CRM Software

Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in sales & marketing within the aluminum fabrication/facade or construction materials industry.
  • Strong networking skills with proven track record of generating contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and forecast business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
