Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of an enterprise-wide business reporting framework aligned with organizational objectives
- Define and enforce standardized reporting structures, templates, and KPI definitions to ensure consistency, clarity, and comparability
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and audience-specific insights for management, business, and operational stakeholders
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making
- Identify, evaluate, and implement improved reporting tools, techniques, and visualization practices
- Establish and maintain data governance, validation, and quality control procedures for reporting outputs
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reports and dashboards
- Ensure reporting practices comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, continuously improve reporting relevance, and address evolving business needs
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Data Science
- Skills Required: Python, MIS, SQL, KPI management, Microsoft Power BI
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks,Telecommunication,Manufacturing (FMCG),Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and the ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights for effective decision-making
- Ability to analyze business processes, translate them into logical data flows, and create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)
- Design and maintain standardized dashboards, MIS, and KPI frameworks
- Strong understanding of data models, data flows, and source-to-report mappings
- Ability to present insights clearly through reports, visualizations, and executive summaries
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools such as Metabase, Apache Superset, Microsoft Power BI, and TableauStrong knowledge of advanced SQL, Python, and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot, formulas)
