Dekko ISHO Venture Capital (DIVC) is seeking a conceptually strong, creatively driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our in-house, agency-style marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple brands/projects, should be a skilled copywriter with a very strong visual sense, capable of shaping ideas and guiding designers toward exceptional output.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop strong creative concepts, copies, and content across social media posts, reels, websites, and blogs.

·       Content planning and manage day-to-day publishing schedules.

·       Guide designers with clear visual direction to execute ideas effectively.

·       Create high-quality pitch decks, investor decks, and company profiles.

·       Collaborate closely with the marketing manager while taking ownership of assigned brands.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

·       Approximately 4 years of experience in similar creative or marketing roles.

·       Strong English copywriting ability and proven conceptual thinking.

·       Good design sense with proficiency in presentation/pitch deck development.

·       High attention to detail and the ability to bring ideas from concept to execution.
