Content Creator (AI-Powered Creative)

Job Description / Responsibility

Role Overview

The content creator will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for FairDrive across digital platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals plus practical knowledge of recent AI tools for generating and editing photos, videos, and creative assets. He/ She will collaborate with marketing and social media teams to deliver fast, consistent, and on-brand creatives for campaigns, social media, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Performance Creatives

• Design static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Create campaign visuals for rider acquisition, driver acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

AI-Assisted Photo Creation & Editing

• Use AI tools to generate photo concepts, backgrounds, objects, and variations for marketing creatives.
• Perform AI-enhanced editing (background removal, retouching, upscaling, generative fill, color correction).
• Ensure outputs remain realistic, high-quality, and aligned with FairDrive brand standards.

AI-Assisted Video Creation & Editing

• Create short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) and edit promotional videos for digital campaigns.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate workflows (text-to-video, auto-subtitles, smart cut, voice cleanup, motion templates).
• Produce multiple variants for A/B testing and performance optimization.

Branding & Visual Consistency

• Maintain and follow brand guidelines (colors, typography, layout, icon usage).
• Create and organize reusable templates for faster production (Canva/Figma/Adobe templates).
• Support brand asset management (logos, icons, illustrations, visual library).

Collaboration & Production Workflow

• Work closely with the Social Media/Marketing team to understand campaign goals and content needs.
• Deliver assets on time with proper naming, versions, and export settings.
• Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on performance insights.

Key Performance Indicators

• Creative delivery speed and on-time submission rate.
• Quality and consistency of brand visuals across platforms.
• Engagement and performance contribution of creatives (CTR, watch time, engagement rate).
• Number of usable creative variations produced per campaign.
• Reduction of revision cycles through strong first-time quality.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: motion graphics, Animation, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Digital Tools

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Advertising Agency,Multinational Companies,Transport Service,Transportation

Additional Requirements

• Minimum
  2+ years
  of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Strong skills in
  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Working knowledge of
  recent AI creative tools
  for photo/video generation and editing (examples: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney/DALL·E/Stable Diffusion, Runway, CapCut AI, Canva AI).
• Ability to write effective prompts and refine outputs to match brand needs.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, safe margins, and creative best practices.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail, typography, and composition.
• Proficiency in English and Bangla required.
