Learning Bangladesh is a skill-based learning platform with 80,000+ learners. We are building multiple sub-brands and specialized platforms focusing on different skill areas like AI, Digital Marketing, Animation, and Career Development.

To achieve this vision, we are looking for a WordPress Developer (1–2 years' experience) who can help us develop, customize, and scale multiple skill-focused learning websites under our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multiple WordPress platforms for different skill-based sub-brands.
  • Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins as per platform requirements.
  • Integrate and configure LMS (Learning Management Systems) for online courses.
  • Ensure site performance, speed optimization, and security across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create user-friendly learning experiences.
  • Regular maintenance, debugging, and feature upgrades.
  • Maintain consistency and scalability across all sub-brands.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
  • Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor or other page builders.
  • Ability to create and customize plugins and themes.
  • Experience in website performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WooCommerce and LMS plugins (LearnDash, TutorLMS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Knowledge of UX for e-learning platforms.
