Creative Minds Lab (CML) is a growing full-service marketing agency working with both local and international clients. We specialize in website design, branding, digital marketing, and eCommerce.

We're looking for a passionate and creative WordPress Developer who is confident with themes, plugins, and custom code. This role is best for someone who wants to grow into a professional-level developer while working on exciting real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modern, responsive websites using WordPress
  • Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
  • Write and manage PHP, JS, CSS, and HTML when needed
  • Work with Elementor (Pro), WPBakery, and Gutenberg
  • Assist with WooCommerce projects (setup, extensions, troubleshooting)
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security
  • Debug and fix issues independently and on time
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of WordPress development experience (agency experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of:

Theme and plugin customization

Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery

WooCommerce

PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML fundamentals

Understanding of WordPress Hooks (Actions & Filters) preferred

Knowledge of domain/hosting setup, migration, and backups

Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn

Salary & Benefits
