Job Description / Responsibility

আমরা আমাদের সেলস ও মার্কেটিং টিমের জন্য উদ্যমী, লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক ও দক্ষ Senior Executive/Executive Officer's – Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical & Corporate Marketing) নিয়োগ দিতে আগ্রহী। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থী ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল কোম্পানি এবং বিভিন্ন কর্পোরেট অফিসে আমাদের পণ্য ও সেবা মার্কেটিং, নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট তৈরি, বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্ট মেইনটেইন এবং নির্ধারিত সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনে কাজ করবেন। এই পদের জন্য প্রার্থীকে নিয়মিত ফিল্ড ভিজিট, ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং, নেগোশিয়েশন এবং রিপোর্টিং কার্যক্রমে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখতে হবে।

দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য

  • ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল কোম্পানি ও কর্পোরেট অফিসে নিয়মিত মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
  • নির্ধারিত মাসিক ও বার্ষিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকর পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
  • নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট (Pharma & Corporate) শনাক্ত করা এবং বিজনেস ডেভেলপমেন্ট কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
  • বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
  • ক্লায়েন্ট ভিজিট, মিটিং ও প্রেজেন্টেশনের মাধ্যমে পণ্য/সার্ভিস প্রমোট করা।
  • কোটেশন প্রস্তুত, প্রাইস নেগোশিয়েশন ও অর্ডার ক্লোজিং প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা।
  • মার্কেট সার্ভে ও কম্পিটিটর অ্যানালাইসিস করে রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
  • নতুন মার্কেট ও নতুন পণ্যের সম্ভাবনা যাচাই ও প্রস্তাবনা প্রদান করা।
  • ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কাস্টমাইজড মার্কেটিং সল্যুশন প্রদান করা।
  • মাসিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও দৈনিক সেলস রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে প্রদান করা।
  • সেলস পাইপলাইন মেইনটেইন করা এবং ফলো-আপ কার্যক্রম নিয়মিত পরিচালনা করা।
  • মার্কেটিং ক্যাম্পেইন, প্রমোশনাল অ্যাক্টিভিটি ও কর্পোরেট ব্র্যান্ডিং কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
  • অভ্যন্তরীণ টিম (Production, Accounts, Logistics) এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
  • ক্লায়েন্ট কমপ্লেইন ও ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করে দ্রুত সমাধান নিশ্চিত করা।
  • ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর, ভেন্ডর ও কর্পোরেট পার্টনারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা।
  • CRM or Excel ডাটাবেজ আপডেট ও ক্লায়েন্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা।
  • কোম্পানির সেলস ও মার্কেটিং পলিসি অনুসরণ করে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
  • ইভেন্ট, সেমিনার, প্রোডাক্ট লঞ্চ বা কর্পোরেট মিটিংয়ে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা।
  • ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক অর্পিত যেকোনো অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব সঠিকভাবে পালন করা।

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Higher Secondary
  • If Any Marketing Certification Get More Advantage.
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting, Marketing and Sales, Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
