Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Electronics Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, sales performance, staff management, and customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall showroom environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily showroom operations and sales activities.
  • Overall management and daily operations of the electronics showroom.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and customer satisfaction maintained.
  • Manage showroom staff, duty roster, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain product display, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure after-sales support.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, security, and discipline.
  • Lead, train, and monitor showroom staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right products.
  • Implement company sales policies and promotional strategies.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and suggest new ideas to boost sales and improve the showroom experience.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom or retail management.
  • Must have relevant experience in managing a showroom of relevant goods products on your own.
  • Experience in Electronics and home appliances, Consumer electronics in must.
  • Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
