Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, dealers, and sub-dealers. The successful candidate will prepare sales forecasts, conduct market research, and monitor customer preferences to adjust promotional campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams to identify trends, respond to market dynamics, and align objectives will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Expertise in Marketing and familiarity with Digital Marketing techniques
- Strong Research and Data Analysis capabilities to understand market trends
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to dynamic environments, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the building materials, home improvement, or a related industry is an advantage
