Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Uttara. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, following up with existing clients, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The Salesperson will also coordinate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Time Management and Organizational skills
  • Previous experience in retail or technology solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in both Bengali and English is preferred
