Data Analyst- Intern

Job Context:
Aspiring candidates must complete and pass a four-month specific training program, also known as a "work internship." Successful completion of this internship/training will lead to job confirmation.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking interns to join our team, with potential opportunities to transition to full-time employment upon completion of the internship. The internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource assisting internal associates as needed.
  • Client Payroll Files:
    Ensure all client payroll files are properly maintained and saved in the designated server directories.
  • Project Management:
    Work on quarterly statements and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Contact Management:
    Maintain up-to-date key client information in contact management systems, and communicate with the transition team regarding any missing information.
  • Continuous Development:
    Proactively develop your knowledge, skills, and credentials. Communicate development needs to your manager as applicable.
  • Project and Task Management:
    Undertake any new official projects or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Core Values:

  • Confidential Data Handling:
    Protect, secure, and handle all confidential data appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission, or unapproved disclosure that could harm the company or our clients.

Additional Requirement

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage tasks and meet in connection with business operations, including related qualified retirement plan compliance matters
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple work assignments.
  • Must have Basic computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Outlook function & operation.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
