Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintain all warehouse documents.
• Make inventory & keep/maintain updated stock registers/XL entries/manual ledgers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status, consumption, and requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on fabrics/accessory usage, shortages, balances, and leftovers.
• Track inward/outward challans, POs, delivery notes.
• Receive and inspect incoming fabrics/accessories against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Supervise receiving, inspection, and issuing of fabrics/accessories to production departments.
• Communicate shortages, excess, or quality issues to relevant departments.
• Coordinate internal and external audits by providing accurate records.
• Ensure materials are stored safely with proper labeling.
• Ensure proper storage of fabrics/accessories by style, PO, buyer, and item type.
• Issue fabrics/accessories to production and sampling departments as per requisition.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing fabrics/accessories.
• Coordinate with procurement, commercial, production, QC, finance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards as well as other required regulatory standards

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Higher Secondary
• Skills Required: Store/ inventory, Store Management

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
