Foring Homes Ltd. is a rapidly growing real estate company dedicated to offering premium housing and land investment opportunities in Dhaka and its surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant. Managers & Sr. Executives (Sales & Marketing) who are passionate about sales, capable of leading a team, and willing to work actively in the field to achieve targets.

Key Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Motivate, train, and guide sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Could you collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies and promotional plans?
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
  • Please make sure that you consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and effective follow-up.
