Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and career counseling to prospective students
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and study destinations
- Assist with application, admission, scholarship, and visa processes
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities for European and Australian institutions
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and application submissions
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and contribute to team performance targets
- Provide pre-departure and post-departure support to students
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Conduct local and international seminars, participate in education expos and promotional events
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education consultancy sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
