Executive - Corporate Marketing & Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Able to achieve sales 5 within specified market.
  • Visit Corporate Customers, preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
  • ‎Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients.
  • ‎Regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, email marketing, mobile marketing etc.
  • ‎Able to prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales report and daily reporting to Supervisor.
  • ‎Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
  • ‎Planning for Corporate marketing & Direct Sales activities;
  • ‎Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • ‎Must have ability to motivate junior executive to achieve individual sales target.
  • ‎Should be visiting organizations on regular basis for selling systems.
  • ‎Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Need complete competence in Meta platform.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging Ads & contents (e.g., text, images, videos) for social media platforms
  • ‎Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • ‎Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals and objectives.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, ERP Software, ISP, Web Solution

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company,Group of Companies,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • ‎Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Bangla and English.‎
  • Candidates must have skills to work with Microsoft office programs.
  • ‎Excellent & effective communication skills, both orally & in-writing.
  • Candidates should be smart, hardworking & energetic to perform his sales job in corporate sector.
  • ‎Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
