Job Description / Responsibility
- Record and maintain daily
project-related accounting transactions
accurately - Assist in preparing
project bills, vouchers, expense statements and payment documents - Support project billing activities, reconciliation and vendor payment processing
- Coordinate with procurement, stores and site teams to collect and verify supporting documents
- Assist in monitoring project expenses and maintaining basic cost records
- Prepare periodic project-related reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with
VAT, Tax and statutory requirements
related to project transactions - Support audit and internal review processes with proper documentation
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Skills Required: Accounting Software, Construction, Accounts and Finance, HVAC
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
